116 Allgood Road, Pendleton, SC

$1,680,000

Zero LVP. Zero Faux. Absolute Integrity.

A 13.1-acre modern compound defined by architectural steel, poured concrete, porcelain tile, and hand-planed wood. Consider this a total rejection of the builder-grade status quo.*

* Builder grade is a polite euphemism for the absolute bare minimum. It refers to the lowest tier of materials a developer can use to meet building codes while maximizing their profit margin.

We’re located in a rapidly appreciating corridor near Greenville, but once you’re behind the gates, the “Keowee Rustic” aesthetic feels like a distant, beige memory. Enjoy nearly century-old trees, unobstructed pond views, and enough privacy to actually hear yourself think.

Minutes from Clemson. Worlds away from the predictable.

The story behind Flat Tire Farms

People often ask why we named our estate Flat Tire Farms. For our family, the name carries personal meaning and pride.

The story begins in 1959, when our father, Ed Allgood, opened his first store on Liberty Highway, at the time, a quiet country road. He started by selling gas, groceries, and tires. What transformed into Allgood’s Tires became far more than a business; it became a cornerstone of the Upstate. Over the decades, Daddy served generations of customers, 1000s bought their first sets of tires with his help. He didn’t simply fix flat tires; he built trust, one customer at a time.

Daddy had an unforgettable laugh and a larger-than-life personality that filled every room. He hosted legendary parties and barbecues here, at 116 Allgood Road, that people in the community still talk about today. He loved conversation, music, food, and cars, but his true legacy was built on something quieter and more enduring: the honest, hands-on work of replacing and repairing tires.

Flat Tire Farms is our tribute to him, a celebration of his hard work and the foundation that made this home possible. Daddy passed away on December 5, 2025, but his spirit lives on in the beauty, warmth, and joy of Flat Tire Farms.
